Own a lymphatic wellness clinic with a real protocol behind it.

Lymph Bright is a specialty clinic built entirely around lymphatic drainage — the protocol, the training, the client journey, and the systems that hold it together. We spent seven years getting it right in Laguna Hills. Now we're opening it to owners who want to build the same thing where they live.

Takes about a minute. No obligation, and no pressure afterward.

The opportunity

People know they feel swollen and heavy.
Fewer know where to go.

People come to us feeling swollen, heavy, sore, or stuck. Some are recovering from surgery. Some are pregnant or postpartum. Some are dealing with fluid that settles and won't move on its own. And some simply want to feel lighter and move easier on a regular schedule, the way they'd see a chiropractor or a trainer.

In most markets, that need lands at a spa where lymphatic drainage is one line on a long menu. It's a different kind of care from a practice built around it. A single massage doesn't come with an assessment, a plan, or a reason to come back next month. A protocol does.

Lymph Bright is what the second version looks like: one specialty, a documented method, therapists trained to the same standard, and care that continues after the first visit.

A specialty, not an add-on

Lymphatic wellness is all we do. It isn't one line on a menu of twelve.

A reason to return

Recovery has a beginning and an end. Maintenance doesn't. The model is built for the second one.

An open map

We assign exclusive territories, and most of the map is still open.

What makes us different

Good lymphatic work isn't a technique.
It's a sequence.

Your lymphatic system doesn't have a pump. Your heart moves your blood, but lymph only moves with movement, breathing, and hands working in the right direction. That's why sequence matters so much.

01

Where we start

Every session starts away from the area that brought the client in. The system has to be opened before fluid has anywhere to go. It's the step most often skipped when lymphatic work is treated as a massage style instead of a sequence.

02

What we open first

Order isn't preference — it's pathways. The protocol defines which routes are cleared first, and it changes depending on whether the client is post-surgical, dealing with swelling, pregnant, or in maintenance. Our therapists don't improvise it. They're certified against it.

03

How long we stay there

Time in each area is defined, not guessed. That's what makes a session repeatable — the client gets the same care whether they book with the therapist they know or the one available on Saturday. That consistency is what keeps people coming back.

04

When we stop

Knowing when to finish is part of the method, and so is knowing what comes next: how many sessions, how far apart, and what the client moves into once recovery is done. The protocol doesn't end on the table. It ends with a plan.

How the model works

Recovery is why people come in.
Maintenance is why they stay.

Something feels offSurgery, swelling, pregnancy, heaviness
AssessmentWhat's going on and what would help
ProtocolThe sequence, run correctly
Recovery programA defined number of sessions
MaintenanceA regular session that keeps it going
MembershipRecurring, and built to be kept

Someone books because something feels off: a surgery coming up, a leg that stays swollen, a pregnancy, a body that feels heavy. We assess, build a plan, and run the protocol over a set number of sessions. That's recovery, and it has an end.

What happens next is where the business actually lives. Clients who finish recovery and feel the difference don't want to go back to how they felt before. They move into maintenance — a regular session that keeps them feeling good — and from there into a membership. The model is designed around continuity rather than a constant hunt for the next new client.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an owner.
Not an investor.

This is hands-on work. Clients often come in at a vulnerable moment, therapists need someone who holds the standard, and a practice earns its reputation one appointment at a time. That isn't something you hand to a manager in week one.

We'd rather have a short list of the right owners than a long list of the wrong ones, so here's the honest version — both columns.

This is for you if

  • You intend to run the clinic yourself, at least through the first year.
  • You're comfortable leading a small team and talking about care you believe in.
  • You'd rather follow a system that already works than improvise your own.
  • You care about how the client actually feels walking out the door.
  • You meet the financial requirements below.

A background in wellness, massage therapy, physical therapy, or aesthetics is a plus — but it isn't required. We'll train you either way.

× This probably isn't for you if

  • You're looking for a passive investment to hand to a manager.
  • You want to modify the protocol to fit what you already do.
  • You're expecting a return on a fixed timeline.

Better to say it now than eight months in. If any of these sound like you, there are franchises that fit you better — and we'll tell you so on the call.

What it takes to open one.

$40,000
Initial franchise fee
Paid once, when the agreement is signed.
$110,000
Minimum initial investment
Everything it takes to get the doors open, franchise fee included.

The minimum initial investment covers the franchise fee plus the other costs of opening — build-out, equipment, opening inventory, training, and working capital. The exact range depends on your market and your space.

Ongoing royalty and advertising fees, the complete cost breakdown, and every obligation on both sides are disclosed in our Franchise Disclosure Document. You'll receive it early in the process, before any money changes hands, and you'll have time to review it with your own attorney and accountant. We'd encourage you to.

This information is for general informational purposes only and is not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer can be made only by a Franchise Disclosure Document delivered in compliance with applicable law. The founder

The person who built it is the person who trains you.

Liliane Zaccharias learned lymphatic drainage in Brazil, long before it had a name in the American wellness market. She ran a day spa in Mission Viejo for nearly fourteen years. In 2015 she lost it, and had to close and rebuild from a single room inside a chiropractor's office.

What she rebuilt is Lymph Bright, opened in Laguna Hills in 2019: a specialty practice, a documented protocol, a team of ten therapists, a product line, and a training program for professionals.

She's done this part before, too. From 2017 to 2020 she worked as a leadership trainer and business development consultant, running a small-business bootcamp for owners. Teaching entrepreneurs isn't something she's starting now — it's something she's coming back to, with a practice of her own behind her.

“The quality that has most contributed to my success is resilience — the ability to stay grounded, adapt, and create possibility.”

02
Introductory call

A conversation, not a pitch. We learn about your market and your plans, and you ask us anything.

Frequently asked

Questions we get before the first call.

No. You'll need licensed therapists on your team, and your state will have its own requirements for them. The owner's job is to run the practice — hiring, standards, and the client relationship. We train you on the method so you can hold the team to it.

It depends on your market and how many treatment rooms you want to open with. We help you work that out during site selection, before you sign a lease.

Laguna Hills is our flagship, and we're selecting the first markets now. Territories are exclusive. Tell us where you're looking and we'll tell you honestly whether it's open.

Not on a web page, and you should be careful with any franchisor who does. Financial performance can only be presented inside Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document, under federal rules that exist to protect you. You'll get the FDD early in the process — that's the right place for this conversation.

Not in the first year. This is an owner-operator model, and the early months set the standard for everything that follows.

Not directly. Most candidates look at SBA lenders or conventional small-business financing, and we can point you toward lenders who know franchise deals.

Most of the timeline is site selection and build-out, and that varies by market. We'll walk you through a realistic schedule on the call rather than quote you a number here.

At our flagship practice in Laguna Hills, California, with Liliane and the team. Support continues remotely and on-site after you open.

Tell us about it on the call. Converting an existing business and opening alongside one are both possible, and each comes with its own conditions — territory, branding, staffing, and what happens to your current clients. We'll walk through it honestly before either of us commits.
